| 1) RULES |
| 1.1 | Every participant is obligated to follow the rules of the event, even if changes in these rules are applied. Wonderbase WonderBase reserves the privilege of changing these rules at any given time without any obligation to further notify the participants. Updates of the rules are published as soon as possible at www.Wonderbase.net. |

| 1.2 | Every participant is obligated to follow instructions from Wonderbase crew, fire andsafety guards as well as authorities such as police, fire dept. etc (this applies even if the instructions partially or fully contradict the present rules of the event). |

| 2) TICKETS |
| 2.1 | Each ticket is valid for one (1) person’s entrance with one (1) computer for the event. The price includes one seat with accessories (chair, table etc.) and the right to access the premises during the whole event, according to the time given at www.Wonderbase.net |

| 2.2 | The ticket has a unique ticket number that identifies you at the entrance. In exchange for the ticket number you get a bracelet that confirms your right to access the premises. The bracelet is to be shown for to safety personnel each time you pass through the ticket check. Each ticket number can only be used once. Any attempts to fraud/cheat a ticket or bracelet will be reported to the police instantly. Whoever commits these actions will be removed from the premises and be charged accordingly. |

| 2.3 | Paid tickets won’t be refunded. Illness or other unpredicted events will not justify a refund. |

| 2.4 | If the event were to be cancelled the ticket money will be refunded to the person that has ordered and paid for the tickets. The reservation fee won’t be refunded. |

| 2.5 | Every registered user of the ticket and seat booking system www.wonderbase.se is obligated to give valid personal information. |
|---|
| 2.6 | Disruptions in electricity or network do not justify a refund at any time. Activities, lectures etc. might be cancelled due to various reasons. Any cancelled or left out part of the event will not justify ticket refunds. |

| 2.7 | The personal information that you have specified at the registration will be treated with technology from Wonderbase, which is responsible for the treatment. When you reserve a seat, your information such as name, nick, group and neighbourhood will be published at www.WonderBase.se alongwith the chosen seat. By approving to these terms you agree to the treatment of your personal information as stated above. |

| 3) PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK! |
| 3.1 | Participation in the event occurs at your own risk. |

| 3.2 | Follow our rules, act calmly, eat and sleep properly. Make sure that you are well rested if you are to drive home afterwards! |

| 3.3 | Wonderbase is not responsible for any participant’s economical loss in relation to the event, direct or indirect, for example cancelled events, electricity failure or corresponding |

| 3.4 | Each and every participant is to keep Wonderbase free from charges of crime. |
|---|
| 3.5 | Wonderbase is not responsible for participant’s lost items or equipment.Don’t leave small valuable objects unguarded! |

| 4) SAFETY |
| 4.1 | It is not allowed to hang or in any other way place clothing or any other flammable material on power devices or likely. Neither is it allowed to hang anything on the electricity or network cables that hang between the linings of the tables. |

| 4.2 | It is not allowed to use homemade power devices or cables. Use quality cables and power splitters. Bad cables and electrical equipment can cause fires and severe damages on your equipment. Furthermore low quality equipment cause the electricity’s ground to fail which triggers the statutory RCD (Residual-current device) in the power department. |

| 4.3 | It is not allowed to bring toasters, microwaves, coffee makers, water boilers, refrigerators, searchlights or other high voltage consuming/warmth generating products. Even spotlights and regular 220V-lamps etc. can cause a risk of fire and may only be used with severe caution and may NEVER be covered with flammable material such as paper, plastic, clothes etc. Wonderbase personnel has the right to take things into custody when crimes are repeated |

| 4.4 | Open fires (candles, lighters, spirit stove etc.) are NOT allowed indoors. |

| 4.5 | It is not allowed to bring or deliver kick bikes, skateboards or likely inside the premises of Åhaga. Exceptions are made for Wonderbase personnel. |

| 4.6 | Your seat is to be clean from junk such as papers, hair etc. and the floor around your seat. This is to decrease the mass of flammable material on your seat. Toss your papers etc. away in the trashcans that are stationed near you! Help us care about nature by sorting your trash (cans, recyclables, flammable etc. in the right container!) |

| 4.7 | It is not allowed to bring your own armchair, sofa or likely. These are regularly too bulky and also contain too many flammable materials. A simple office chair is perfect. |

| 4.8 | It is not allowed to sleep under the tables or in the halls between the rows. Use the sleeping hall. |

| 4.9 | It is not allowed to block the path between the tables, as these are used to evacuate the people in case of emergency. Your baggage should therefore fit in the area around and on the table of the seat you’ve been assigned to. The area of the tables is 83 x 60 centimetres. Sleeping equipment is to be kept in the sleeping hall. |

| 5) ELECTRICITY AND NETWORK |
| 5.1 | Every participant is to be aware that disruptions can occur to the power supply and network of the event. Wonderbase personnel is trying their best to get the system up and running again. |

| 5.2 | Every participant has to connect their own power splitter to the socket they’ve been assigned to by Wonderbase. It is not allowed to take electricity from your neighbour or any other available socket.This is very important to make sure the energy supply gets properly divided and to minimize the risk electrical grounding errors. |

| 5.3 | Every computer seat can use approximately up to 275W. Keep in mind that the effect stated on your hardware isn’t necessary the exact amount used! |

| 5.4 | It is not allowed to bring your own sound devices such as stereos or bigger speakers. To keep the volume down and the power supplies used you are to use headphones. If you don’t want to use headphones you can use small PC-speakers for your soundcard. In other words no 3D-system or likely with subwoofers are allowed. |

| 5.5 | It is not allowed to bring toasters, microwaves, coffee makers, water boilers, refrigerators, searchlights or other high voltage consuming/warmth generating products. |

| 5.6 | It is not allowed to install and use your own WLAN-access points for the use of wireless network. |

| 5.7 | If a participants computer is causing problems in the network (virus, attacks, etc.) WonderBase claims the right to dismiss the computer and its user from the network until the problem is fixed. If the participant in person denies or goes around the dismissal WonderBase also claims the right to remove the user from the event. |

| 5.8 | Every participant is to take precautions to ensure the protection of the network and make sure that no computer viruses, spy wares or likely is spread. Every participant should have a firewall and antivirus program installed. |

| 6) OTHER |
| 6.1 | Alcohol or any other drugs do not belong on this event and is not allowed anywhere on the premises. Intoxicated participants will not be let back in. Intoxicated people will be escorted from the premises. Smoking is forbidden indoors and may only occur on an assigned area outside. |

| 6.2 | Each and every participant may only use one chair at his or her seat. It is in other words not allowed to pile up two or more chairs on each other to create a higher positioned chair. Bring a pillow instead! |

| 6.3 | It is not allowed to in any way build or lengthen the tables. |

| 6.4 | All cables belonging to Wonderbase not be touched or modified in any way. |
|---|
| 6.5 | Wonderbase does not have an age limit, although the participants below the age of 18 need to have permission from their guardian to participate on the event. The guardians are to be notified about these rules. |

| 6.6 | Crime against the Swedish law can result in a police report and immediately be escorted from the premises until the police arrive. |
|---|
| 6.7 | It is not allowed to sell anything during the event without the permission from Wonderbase. Exceptions are made for single handed used possessions. |

| 6.8 | Posting posters or any other spreading of commercial material, propaganda or similar things is strictly forbidden on Åhaga's premises without special clearance from Wonderbase. |

| 6.9 | You are to continuously keep your seat clean and recycle your trash (cans, recyclables, flammable etc. in the specified containers!). Before you leave the premises you must bring the trash that you brought and throw it in the trash cans that are there for this cause. |

| 6.10 | Wonderbase has the legal right to place network cameras to publish on the internet and also publish photo's taken inside and outside the event on the internet without asking for further permission from participants that may be visible in the picture. |
